Settled in the hilltown of Chesterfield, Massachusetts is our two-acre farm where we grow our certified Massachusetts hemp. Each plant soaks up plenty of natural sunlight and rainfall along with organic fertilizers we brew ourselves. We utilize traditional organic farming methods like composting, cover cropping, and minimal tillage. We also avoid using plastic row covering to stay as sustainable as possible.

Western MA Hemp was founded with a simple mission—preserving the true power of the hemp plant. Through our craft growing and extraction process, we capture the full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids to create hemp products that stay true to the plant.

Meet the Farmers
Michael Lupario
Michael studied plant and soil science at the Stockbridge School at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. He brings over a decade of hands on hemp cultivation experience and has even led the growing operations of licensed cannabis facilities in Massachusetts. Having benefited from the plant’s therapeutic benefits at a young age, Michael created Western MA Hemp so that a greater audience could experience the healing capacity of hemp.
Brian Lupario
Brian also studied at UMass Amherst but attended the Isenberg School of Management where he received a BBA in marketing. During his time there, he ran a successful painting company while also receiving academic honors. Brian is always focused on the customer and making sure their experience with Western MA Hemp is the best it can be.
